The slippery bottom of the bathtub is a serious hazard!!! The rude interactions with front desk staff create an uncomfortable environment. Getting warm water in the shower was unnecessarily complicated!!! A better layout for TV watching would be appreciated!!!

Nice bistro-type cafe, indoor pool and gym facilities are nice, and the location is perfect for visiting the battlefield sites.
A basic breakfast should be optionally included (at a far more reasonable rate) with room options.

The unprofessional front desk staff was too busy on their phones to help, and I couldn't even take a proper shower because the hot water was backwards. I expected an upgrade or at least a sincere apology, but got nothing. Almost gave a good review, but just couldn't.

+ Location, quiet rooms especially at the south-east side of the hotel + nice rooms + Nice garden with sitting possibilities! Perfect for a US hotel.
= Pool area: The indoor Pool and especially the wirlpool had definitively to much chemically products in it. When switching the wirlpool on, immediatelly much foam was produced and the eyes hurted.

Starbucks! The hotel staff was very friendly. Beds were very comfortable. We asked for special accommodations of side by side rooms and the request was granted.
No room service. Bistro did not stay open all day.

Location: the hotel was just off the Waffle House instead, restaurant, and site seeing. The place was a super close walk to Wendy's, where you can have dinner. The queen room was well stocked and large with an easy access bathroom and comfortable chair, for instance.

When I had trouble getting warm water, Pat from the front desk came up and quickly fixed the problem,,, even told me about the hot water settings being backwards.
It was a little pricey though,, but it worked out.
